RULE 5 PLAYERS

League competition will start the week before the May long weekend

(game length): U8 & U10 = 25 minute halves (Mini Soccer Rules), U11 & U12 = 35 minute halves

RULE 8 GAME SHEETS
8.1

Any player’s whose name appears on a gamesheet and is NOT crossed off is deemed to
have played in that game. Players first and last name must be put down on the gamesheet.
Each team is responsible to fill out their own gamesheet with all the required information and
hand it to the referee prior to the game. Improper fill out will result in 2 points error per gamesheet
(Point System). Once a team has accumulated 8 points, the Administrator will send an e-mail to the club’s
Convenor. The Club’s Convenor will talk with the coach involved and provide training. The Club’s
Convenor will e-mail back to the Administrator that the Coach has received communication on the issue.
Game sheets must have the team’s age, gender, team number, GAME #, referee and signature, club

RULE 11 DISCIPLINE
All discipline actions are followed by the OSA Discipline Section 9 (Current Revision) of the OSA
Operational Policies. The discipline committee will be the three clubs discipline chairs. There are two
types of Discipline: Discipline by Review System (DBR) and
Discipline by Hearing. (DBH) The fundamental basis of the DBR system is that there are no hearings
before a discipline panel for certain types of misconduct. The penalties (suspensions) are set out in the
OSA policies and are automatic. See
(Appendix A)
